The hovercraft was built under the supervision of the Maritime Register of Shipping (RS). The vessel received the maritime register class KM*[2] HSC ACV Passenger-A. The hovercraft was sent to Lake Baikal. Manufactured by Shipyard Soaring Machines (PARMA).
