PARMA 15 – 2020

The high-speed amphibious cargo hovercraft “Leopard” (Parma 15) is designed to transport up to 1450 kg of cargo. Hovercraft belongs to the class of “cargo” hovercraft and is designed for transporting goods or people across bodies of water in summer or winter, including access to the shore. Two economical Cummins isf2.8 diesel engines, like on Gazelles. Variable pitch propellers, reverse from full speed, weathervane mode. The boat is capable of overcoming smoothed ledges up to 50 cm high and not smoothed ones – up to 40 cm. The boat reaches speeds on water of more than 80 km/h, on ice – more than 100 km/h.
Operation is permitted at outside temperatures from -40ºS to +30ºS and a maximum wind speed of up to 12 m/s at any time of the year.

This vessel was built in 2020. Little exploited in the Murmansk region. The hovercraft is designed according to the scheme of two people in a warm, lockable cabin in the bow and a cargo compartment trimmed with corrugated aluminum and with an awning in the middle part of the vessel. The cargo compartment has folding seats. It is possible to transport personnel. The vessel’s bottom was damaged, which was subsequently repaired at our plant. Water resistance tests have been carried out.
