Two hovercraft“Neptune 23”sent to the customer in the city of Nikolaevsk-on-Amur. The vessels were built under the supervision of the Russian River Register in the “small size” version, i.e. Capacity up to 12 people cargo. hovercrafts have received passenger certificates, which allows them to carry out commercial activities (transportation of passengers and cargo) on inland waterways, as well as in coastal areas of the seas.
